I used this with my friend who’s born in Szechuan for hot pot and we enjoyed it a lot! It’s spicy, aromatic and delicious!

My one gripe is that because it is so delicious and goes with everything I just slap it on as a topping . I'm dying for a great recipe that calls for using this sauce as an ingredient. Please add provide links to some recipes!!!!

I love this sauce - put it on everything. It’s my favorite on a list of amazing products. It’s pretty hot but flavorful and the texture is perfect. Sometimes I just eat a spoonful by itself because it’s that amazing.

A good friend brought over a jar of Wild Mushroom Chili Sauce, and I was amazed! It transforms every dish and makes everything taste elevated/restaurant quality. I used to live in Chinatown in Philadelphia, and so many memories flooded back. I realized I hadn't tasted such spices in over ten years, which is tragic! I became obsessed — eggs, salads, soups, plain rice — you can tranform everything. I bought a case and gave them away for the holidays to the foodies in my life. Highly recommend!
