Orders pack within 1-2 business days. Standard ground then takes another 3-7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships. If it's been longer than that, email hello@hotpotqueen.com with your order number.

Email hello@hotpotqueen.com within an hour of placing your order with your order number and we'll try to catch it before it ships. Once a tracking number is issued, we can't intercept — but we can set up a return once it arrives.

Send a photo of the item and your order number to hello@hotpotqueen.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you — no need to send the damaged item back.
