We pack and ship within 1-2 business days. Standard ground transit takes another 3-7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order leaves the warehouse. West Coast orders ship from Riverside, CA; East Coast orders ship from our NJ warehouse.

Because our products are food, we generally can't accept returns on opened items for safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@hotpotqueen.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Every product page shows three flavor axes on a 0–5 scale: 麻 tingly (Sichuan peppercorn numbness), 辣 spicy (chili heat), and 鲜 umami (savory depth). Savory Mushroom Hotpot Soup Base is the gentlest — mild on heat and numbness, deep on umami. Sichuan Mala Hotpot Soup Base and Spicy Hotpot Thick Cut Noodles hit the hardest on all three. Crunchy Garlic Chili Crisp and Toasted Seed Chili Crunch are heat-forward but low on mala — good entry points if you want chili without the Sichuan peppercorn tingle.

Most of them. Our soup bases and chili sauces are plant-based, and so are the noodles. Check the individual product page for the vegan tag and full ingredient list.

No added MSG in any Hotpot Queen product. The depth comes from the old way — Sichuan peppercorn, dried chilies, fermented broad-bean paste (doubanjiang), mushrooms, and time. If it tastes like more, it's because it is more.

Sauces and soup bases: refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months for best quality. Noodles: keep dry and sealed, and use by the date on the pack. Unopened products are shelf-stable.
