PRICKLY PEPPER CHILI CRISP

Had my first taste at a Asian popup in Belltown Seattle called Mixed Pantry. My wife and I love it so much it has become an essential ingredient for our casual stir-fry dishes. Gentle szechuan mala spice, very familiar southeastern Asian flavor. Give it a try with meat, mushrooms, rice and veggies!

Hands down, so for it’s our favorite chili oil, on our 4th jar! It has right balance of pepper corn’s numbness and peppers spiciness, and toasted sesame fragrance, makes it very versatile. We’ve being using it on pretty much every meal including breakfast avocado toast!
