I don't have a very high tolerance for spicy food so this is towards my threshold, but it's wonderful because it is spicy AND full of flavor! It's extremely versatile and I find myself putting various amounts on many different foods.

I've tried a lot of other chili crisps, but none of them ever compare to the one a professional chef friend makes. Until now. I love this. Too many commercial chili crisps have too much oil and not enough flavor. They depend on chili heat, but don't contribute much else. The Hot Pot Queen version has tremendous depth of flavor and richness (and umami). A spoonful in noodles or a vegetable stir fry makes the dish pop. Add a thin layer to a sandwich. I find this to be extremely versatile and it's so much more than a source of heat. I will be buying more.

This is my third product from Hot Pot Queen I have tried. I was now prepared for the heat or so I thought. Great fun flavor, try this. I added it to my egg whites in the morning to spruce them up.

I put a spoonful of it in a bowl of kraft mac n cheese and it was absolutely wonderful
