INGREDIENTS
For the chicken:
- 500g chicken wings
- 1/2 lemon
For the seasoning:
- 1 tbsp Sichuan Triple Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate 500g of chicken wings in 1 tbsp Sichuan Triple Chili Powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and the juice of 1/2 lemon for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan and fry the chicken wings until fully cooked.
