The Sichuan Style Salad is a delicious dish that combines crisp vegetables, shrimp, and crab meat with a tangy, spicy, and sweet dressing. The ingredients are easy to prepare and create a satisfying meal with bold Sichuan flavors. Perfect for those who love spicy cuisine.



For the salad:

  • 150g Bean Sprouts
  • ½ Cucumber
  • ½ Carrot
  • 10 medium Shrimp
  • 2 Okra
  • 2 Crab Meat Sticks
  • ½ Lemon

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoons Wild Mushroom Chunky Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Water

Note: You can add additional chili and Sichuan pepper to taste.



  1. Blanch bean sprouts, shrimp, crab meat sticks, and okra in boiling water for 30 seconds. Slice half a cucumber and half a carrot and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together Wild Mushroom Chili Sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, water, and the juice from half a lemon.
  3. Place all the vegetables in a bowl, pour in the mixed sauce, and mix well.
