INGREDIENTS
For the salad:
- 150g Bean Sprouts
- ½ Cucumber
- ½ Carrot
- 10 medium Shrimp
- 2 Okra
- 2 Crab Meat Sticks
- ½ Lemon
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoons Wild Mushroom Chunky Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 5 tablespoons Water
Note: You can add additional chili and Sichuan pepper to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blanch bean sprouts, shrimp, crab meat sticks, and okra in boiling water for 30 seconds. Slice half a cucumber and half a carrot and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together Wild Mushroom Chili Sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, water, and the juice from half a lemon.
- Place all the vegetables in a bowl, pour in the mixed sauce, and mix well.
